Returns - 30 Days from Delivery

Items must be Unworn and in Original Packaging.

If the returned product is worn or dirty and needs to be re-boxed or refurbished, your return may be subject to an additional 25% restocking fee.

CANADA
We cover return shipping in Canada, once per order.

USA
Customers are responsible to ship the item back to us

Policy:

• Before starting your return or exchange make sure you have checked all the items in your order
• If your order had shipping costs the original shipping will not refunded
• If your order had free shipping applied, the shipping will be withheld if your order after returns is less than the free shipping threshold.
• If your order qualified for a promo and no longer qualifies for the original promo after returning the item, you may receive a refund that is adjusted based on the promotion at the time of the original order.
• Items marked final sale do not qualify for exchanges or returns.
• Masks, and Toques are final sale.
